Acoustic Guitar Pickguard
Should I buy this Bridge Craft guitar, or the 2Kool4Skool backpacker guitar?
Hello people, I am quite poor, but I have been without guitar for about 2 months and I want to buy one. These are the two options I am looking at right now.

They are both about 40 dollars with shipping, so which would you prefer and why. I already know how to play, so it's not a learning tool. If you have any other websites or guitars that would be better for 40 or less let me know that too.

Since you already know how to play you shouldn't buy any $40 guitar without playing it first. I suspect if you buy any of those $40 guitars you listed you will have wasted $40 on something that is unplayable (meaning it will be impossible to get it in tune and keep it there, it will buzz or have very poor action, and you just won't enjoy playing it).
I still wouldn't recommend buying anything without playing it first, but here's a better travel guitar if you're looking for one (it's $69 but has a solid spruce top at least and is made by a company that at least makes decent instruments):

If it's just the money and you really want a full size guitar, I'd recommend not buying a small scale guitar just because you think it will cost less. You should be able to find an OK used full size guitar (maybe Ibanez, Fender or Takamine Jasmine) for around $50 - $75 but I still wouldn't buy one online unless I had at least played one of that brand first. You just never know what you're getting online at that price. Might be OK, might be complete junk, and I'd hate to see you waste $40 on something you won't even want to play. Good luck.
