Lead Plexi
I have been meditating on the 3rd chakra (solar plexus) alone for sometime. I realised I am gaining weight?
I feel hungry often and gaining weight and mass. When I searched the net I learnt that it is not good to meditate on one single chakra. ( http://www.ehow.com/way_5437230_weight-loss-chakras.html ) I dont know how to reverse the solar plexus chakra. the article also says if the root chakra is not balanced, it would lead to weight gain. what should I do? Thank you
The best thing to do is not to think that weight gain/loss has anything to do with 'chakras' or other mythical things to do with the body; they are proven not to exist.
If you are hungry and over weight, that is 'greed', nothing else. Use a bit of will power to eat less and instead of meditating go for a run or do other exercise.
