Transmitting one bit CMOS wirelessly?

Does anyone know of a way to transmit one bit serial CMOS via radio? I only need to transmit it about 20 meters, but need a good signal that won't transmit a noisy signal (or a receiver that can filter noise pretty well and preserve the logic signal). I'm not quite sure how to do this, so I'd really appreciate any help (a circuit diagram would be nice). Thanks!

Your terminology is confusing. CMOS (Complementary metal–oxide–semiconductor) is a logic family. It describes the use of field effect transistors in a certain way. Such a circuit will need certain levels of voltages to drive it. So you can talk about CMOS levels or CMOS circuits but CMOS by itself means nothing.

If you wish to transfer digital information via a radio, you will need a modem (i.e. you will need to convert the digital levels to audio tones). It is possible to do this using the audio card in a pc. At the other end, you will need another modem (or possibly a phase locked loop) to convert back again.
