Starcaster Chrome Tuners
fender starcaster - fender stratocaster?
is the fender starcaster just a cheaper verson of the fender stratocaster? in the fender starcaster website it says: "The Starcaster electric guitar packs include a great-looking, great-sounding Stratocaster® guitar, with features including a maple neck with a 22-fret rosewood or maple fingerboard, three single-coil pickups with 5-way switching, a synchronous tremolo bridge, die-cast tuners and chrome hardware. Starcaster electric guitars come in a variety of stellar finishes including Black, Black Metallic, 3-Color Sunburst and dazzling Black Cherry Burst with a flame maple top."
i wasn't sure if it was a stratocaster or not (it looks like it is though). here's the link to the site http://www.fender.com/starcaster/news/index.php?display_article=1
Anyways, please answer and thank you for your answers!
The starcaster was an old fender guitar. It was their attempt at a hollow body electric guitar. It failed and was removed from production.
