Stratocaster Neck Plate
how can i confirm my fender stratocaster is the real thing?
i bought it in a moment of madness and paid much more than i could afford,it is a relic serial number R11006 which only appears on the back plate,there is no number on the back of the neck head which is worrying as that's where it normally is,and that's all i know of this guitar. also the fender logo on the neck is just a sticker.i know i should have been more on the ball but it does sound so good and i got caught up in the moment. i cannot find this number of on the fender web site so i don't even know how old it is.please can some-one tell me have i been stung yet again.thanks
