All right, so I need a list of stores that sell "vintage" clothing.. but at the same time, still "modern".. if that makes even makes any sense
Stores like: Urban Outfitters? Forever 21? American Apparel? Modcloth.com?

Extra Question(if anyone has time to answer)= How about shoes? Besides Converse (because I own some already) and again, please don't list Uggs/related styled shoes to Uggs
(I honestly have nothing against Abercrombie/Hollister & Ugg shoes, etc.)

Forever 21 is your best bet! They have really cute vintage clothes for amazing prices, and they're always having sales! American Apparel is a great store as well, a bit pricey though. Try Journeys for shoes, they should be located in your mall. Vans are really cute and comfortable, totally in style.
