Vox Custom Classic AC15CC1 15w 1x12 Tube Guitar Combo Amp?
I'm looking to buy a new amp for the purpose of gigs at medium to large sized restaurants, and I'm finding Vox tube amps' classic sound really appealing and befitting, considering my blues-jazz style. However, I'm not sure whether the 15 watts (keep in mind it's a tube amp...) will be enough to fill a room like that. I mean, would such an amp be powerful enough to be heard over percussion?
Please let me know whether you own or know someone who owns this specific model as well, just so I get an idea as to whether it's just conjecture or actual experience that you're providing.

dude, i got an ac30 vox amp. Trust me don't be fooled by the watts, people have played gigs wit 15 watt amps, as long as your p.a and speakers are strong you can blow a whole audience away, don't the get the amp for loudness thats the p.a and speakers job, get the amp for the sound. To answer the other part i have an ac30 and trust me i only set it to about 20 watts on the panel when i plug it in and it is powerful, and when in my p.a it can blow out windows.
